In a perfect world, Everything would always go right. There would be no disappointments or trials And life would be filled with only sweet, warm and fuzzy feelings.
But how would we know if things were good if we had no comparison? Would we recognize the blessings in our lives without having the opposite to compare them to? Without the darkness Would we appreciate the light?
Seems to me that if we want rainbows, We gotta have rain. The trick is to pull ourselves up by our bootstraps And go out and look for puddles to play in. Recognize the tempest for what it is And train ourselves to look for the good in every situation By overcoming our adversity, we find the joy in everything.

On looking things from another perspective:
Just like composing a picture, it might be different if you turn your lens or adjust your aperture in another way. However, the most important thing is to realize that you compose your own picture, not anything or anyone else.

To be honest, April hasn't been the easiest of month. Pretty overwhelmed by things from all over.
Talked to a hell lot of peeps, and almost everyone told me I'm just thinking too much. About everything. Which could have just burnt my tiny brain a little.
It's May (!!) already. So it's about time to snap out of my own illusion. And learn to put certain things down.
