So which one?
So bidding starts today. Hope it will end tmr. (ie get the modules I want by round 1A)In view of the nua-ing at home for the bidding, I went to get some DVDs from the rental shop so that I can have sth to watch while monitoring the bids in CORS. This is called muti tasking! Ha.
But now I have a problem.

Weekend Doodle
Finally stepped out of the house last Friday before falling into depression. Went back office to collect my stuff and return the staff pass. And then popped by the roadshow @ Orchard which I was supposed to work at. (Thanks to the flu bug, I cant work. Grr.)Met my California-gymming-brother @ Hereen with his gf and friend in the afternoon and went shopping together for a while. Had dinner with Msytic aka the sister dearest at MQ before another round of shopping. Urps.
Despite rounds of shopping in a day, I only got one piece of sweater from MNG. Yay.... I deserve a pat on my back!
Saturday was Rag day at Sheares. Went back to the school with Ah Ben to give my BF, his GF, NINI, a SURPRISE!!!
I was THE surprise, no less.

The picture doesnt do my S justice. It's SOOOOOO much better than that e in real life.
Anyway, doing rag is very sleep-inducing. So I took a break and went to explore Shearessssss....
Fwah....... I found a BIG PIECE of mirror somewhere in Sheares. It's really BIGGGGGG.
Hahahaa...Yoga with Aska sounds cool eh?
Anyway, rag is damn tiring (and I only did half of a letter S, which is like 1/1000000 of the whole rag. Poor NINI who's doing it for 3 months already!) So I slept early that night and went for the roadshow @Hereen on Sunday!
It rained and stopped and rained again. Oh-the-horror. Me and Charles (my partner of the day) had to hide in the tent to keep ourselves dry. But it was fun nevertheless. Giving balloons from Village (new restaurant at Hereen) to the kids or daisy milk to the passerby. You meet ALL SORTS of people at roadshows like these. Am glad that I enjoyed it while it lasted =)
So now it's back to the nua-ing at home which I ironically miss as well.
AND 2 more weeks, I'll be back in school. Yikes.

Long overdue
Long overdue photos from me to the girls.It was a long awaited meeting for all of us after 3 months of torture in our respective courses. So..Let the bitching begin!
We met at Toa Payoh and someone OVERDRESS again!
We thought she's going for some dinner after meeting us but no. She dressed up for US!
Alright, me and hP need to fan xing abit cos' we went in shorts. Hahahahahaha....
Now we know who's the Tai Tai in making! She's always ready for the paparazzi, if there's any.
We did some role-playing and ermm I was the slave for the day! I was a happy slave. See my face! Ha.
Photowhore abit as usual. Everyone wants a piece of her majesty. These are only like 1/50 of what we took that day =P
Had dinner at pizza hut and bitch even more. This is what you expect when you put 4 of us together, right?
And finally G4 unite AGAIN!
Will be having a stayover at her majesty's castle sometime next week.
My sore throat better recover fast cos' I've sooooo many stuff to say (and bitch of cos)
Arggg... I really hate my sore throat. It didnt recover as fast as I hope it will.
So there is...
-No dinner with sH today.
-No work tmr.
-probably no KTV on Sat too.
I've been nursing this throat (reads: rotting at home) for the past few days. It's SOOOO depressing. No appetite for ANYTHING. I've been surviving with beancurd and beancurd and beancurd for lunch and dinner.
Grrrrrr........ I'm so going to step out of the house tmr before I fall into depression.

Sick
Grrr..... I'm down with SORE THROAT for the 284374384 times!Hate it hate it hate it. Plans have to be cancelled. Dates have to be postponed. This is sooooooo frustrating! RAH. I'm slowly losing my voice yet again and the thing is I din even eat any heaty stuff for the past few days. HOW DID I END UP GETTING SUCH A PAINFUL THROAT??? DAMNED.
Suppose to report for work tmr but I doubt I'll have voice anyway so I reported sick. RAH.
Hopefully I'll recover fast so that I can still meet up with sH on thursday, work on friday and have KTV cum buffet with the gang on sat!
And because I cant go anywhere when I'm sick, PS 7 is my only companion.

....until you try it.Yea.. the experience I had, doing this sale-thing, is kinda different when I did it in town area today. No wonder the boss told me no one likes doing it in Metro. NOW I know why.
Bad karma has yet to hit me (touch wood..haha) so I guess it's better to end the job on a HIGH note. (unless they're going to increase my pay..HA)
Was approached by some events' ppl, asking me if I'm interested to do road shows for them cos' I looked EXPERIENCED in this line. Now..THAT was kinda funny. Just try approaching 10000 people a day and repeating the same stuff to each and everyone. I guess anyone will look experienced.
Oh ya, one thing good abt sales related job? You have a GOOD excuse to approach those GOOD- LOOKING-BACHELORS and start some convo with them and get PAID for that. Ha.... Evil evil.

Money dont come easy
Yes it's true. Money dont come easy. After today's temp job with a bank starting with a U and ending with a B, I realised that the World's Local Bank is pretty nice to me. It's kinda sad that my stint with them is ending next week, which means a whole new sem is starting soon. Agrr.. boring school life.Anyway, back to the new temp job, it is totally different from the normal desk-bounded 8-5 job (which I was sooooo used to at TWLB). I stood for like 7 hours or sth today, walking ard and approaching strangers with a SMILE. *horror*. It's not something I like to do, but something I had to do. Oh well.. I guess sales/commission job is really not my cup of tea eh.
However, it was also a good experience to work in some neighbour/heartland area once in a while. You can see the difference between them and those hanging ard in town. At least when you offer them something, they will stop and listen to you before politely rejecting your offer WITH A SMILE BACK. Unlike those in town, where you are just like INVISIBLE to them. **I know that cos' I'm guilty of that as well...ha** Not forgetting those departmental stores sales aunties who were super duper nice to me. I even got a free eyebrow trimming at Kanebo counter after work. =)
I should be working in town tmr. *horrorX10*
Guess I'll be quite transparent to most people then. Talking abt karma. Rah.
So.....I'm not going to spend. I'm not going to spend in quite awhile. NINI, this is true cos' money dont come easy!!

Great Day!
Today is a GREAT DAY because:1) Nothing beats getting appreciated by someone you respect very much.
2) Had a taste of Brandon Routh for two and a half hours! *Yaynessss* (Alright, I know everyone's watching Pirates already but I like Superman better can? Hurrrrrr)
3) Saw Ben's-ex-colleague TWICE in a day. Oh-so-fated. Hahahahahaha....
4) Had FREE GELARE Waffle + Mocha Chip + some-very-sweet-icecream + banana toppings, courtesy of Yogi the man =D
Tomorrow will be an even BETTER DAY! Wahahahahahah...........

Saving Plans
Went for the bi-annual shopping trip with Ah Ben and guess what, I spent only abt 60 bucks, 3 times lesser than Ben the man! Woot.
After we are done with the shopping, Ah Ben was quite enthu on taking photos of our buys and his backview. Now, SPOT THE DIFFERENCE, folks.
Dinner at Xinwang was pretty satisfying. But din manage to try their dessert cos' we cant decide on which one. Oh well........
Dunno how come the food always look better on photos, just like those on the menus.
Hahahahah....Myu is good. It is.

Movie Date
This date is like 2 weeks ago but I've been busy with god-knows-what, so here's SOME of the overdue photos! There's still the G4-2-to-10pm-date-photos. Bah.After knowing each other for almost 4 years, this is our FIRST movie date with all 4 of us present. Usually, dearest Qh will be MIA. She NEARLY missed this one because of work. Arggg.. seriously, DONT come and pissed me off when I'm feeling grouchy. You have been warned. Perhaps it's the PMS. I'm usually very nice. U-S-U-A-L-L-Y.Anyway, hP told me that she LOVESSSSSSSSSSSSS my blog so-very-much cos' I'm full of nonsense. Plus the fact that I dont USUALLY write long essay/story, which is a pain to read, because I'm not Dan Brown. She even suggests me to post only pictures and allow the readers to draw their own conclusion. Talk abt letting imagination running wild eh? Ha.

Friday Night-out
After work on Friday, I went to Holland V (which-is-freaking-far-from-town) to meet Missy sH for dinner. We roamed ard before deciding to SPEND THE NIGHT at Essential Brew. Ha. The ambience was pretty good, so was the food. However, the service was kinda SCREWED-UP that night so we got ourselves a free scoop of ice cream. Yayyy.
Then, me took train down to BISHAN (took me another hour!) to meet the guys for yet another round of World Cup at Macs. Germany vs Argentina. Coolness! It ended up in a draw and I earned myself a Chicken Foldover without Onion, courtesy of Ralf, because I guessed the correct score!!!! Yay....... I am good. I am. Hur.
KO at 4am that night and met up with the girls (FINALLY!) the next day from 2-10pm!!!!! I am STILL editing the pictures though. But they will be ready soon! Promise =)
