Weekends!
So another weekend ended in a flash!
Went for Sh's convo on Thursday night after work and pardon the very tired-looking me.
I've no idea why I woke up at 530am on the day itself. Zzzz.

While waiting for Sh to settle some stuff, we got abit high and self-entertained for a while.

Saturday morning saw the Ters gather at Raffles Studio to have the family portrait taken.
Have yet to scan the photos so visual will have to wait.
But it was better than expected. Hopefully the final portrait will be just as good.

After having a super filling brunch at Boon Tong Kee with the family, I went to town to meet Slim, my favourite mentor at work, to attend XY's nephew's , Lele, 1st birthday!
Lele is SOOOO cute and handsome la! But he's a baby with attitude!

After the party, we went down to Vivo to shop around.

Anyway the girls got me this Domo Ang Kong Kia aka Aska Super Junior which I am sooo deeply in love with! Gotta bring it to office to keep me company at work!

4 minus 1
Met up with the Fantastic peeps from the HSBC days and we were lamenting on how time has caught up with us,
before we even know it.
And how it all began from the ogling at the man in purple shirt, who looks like a Malay but yet has a very cheena name.
Those were the days, man.
A pity that our baby Yannie couldnt join us due to work commitment.
But I guess we will meet up again soon for some INTERESTING updates.

Dont get too carried away and forget to plan our biannual meet up!
Miraculously, I managed to recover my voice back to like 90% after talking to them for a good 6 hours!

2 weeks into work and it's about time for some TEAM bonding session.
So 13 of us, some said Ocean 13, or in short, S013, went to the sunny island of Sentosa to bond.

After playing VB, soccer and frisbee (which was more tiring that one could ever imagine) for a while, we tried doing the jump together!
But it's not easy to synchronize everyone.
So, we took a group picture proper!

And I went around taking some pictures.. as usual. Heh.
After which, some of us went to Cafe Del ma to have a drink..
... before I parted ways with them to have dinner with the family!
Had dinner at Plaza Sing's Lao Bei Jing which is VERY NICE la.
One of the yummiest Chinese restaurant in a while.
On a side note, my voice is not totally back (after like 1 week so that's kinda serious), but it's getting there. I hope.
Looking forward to next week already! Whee.

One of the best things that happened during these 4 years is to know this bunch of pals.

Commencement 2008 - Family
So four years of slogging equates to thirty seconds of fame on stage.
Alright, not exactly fame cos' I wasn't the Valedictorian who went up stage to thank my parents, sibs and friends.
But truth to be told, the parents are just happy about the occasion and most importantly, happy for what I have achieved,
despite the achievement being mediocre.
They probably wont be reading this,
but thank you for the trust and support, mum and dad.
:)

Pre-commencement
Tomorrow's commencement marks the official closure to my four years in NUS.
But because it's on a freaking Monday, my dearest pals will be busy working and so they surprised me today at my neighborhood's playground!
Luckily I was resting at home due to my HUSKY + SEXY voice.
Heh.

Weekends!
2 weeks into work and I'm really blessed to be where I'm.
=)
Went dinner, KTV and supper with some of my department peeps and it was really fun! (despite losing my voice at the end of the night. Yes. Again.)
Reached home around 4 plus in the morning and
my mum thought I started shift work already! Ha.
I spent the whole of today sleeping, drifting in and out of consciousness, thanks to the medicine.
Managed to get my ass out of bed in the evening and went for a jog to clear the mind a little.

Back tracking to last weekend, I went down to IndoChine's Forbidden City @ Clark Quay with Moogle to "Do the Karen Cheng" with Karen Cheng herself.
Can you believe that she's a mother of two already?!
After which, we went to Tampopo @ Liang Court for their ramen and soft shell crab, which was pretty delicious! I think I've been eating nothing but Japanese food recently. Time to visit Japan eh!

Workie Dokie
Work has made me a very healthy person.
For now. Before shift work and everything kicks off.
For the past few days, I'll be in bed by 11 and will be up around 7.
Oh did I mention that I figured a way to reach my workplace in 30-45mins instead of 1.5 hours?
GENIUS ME!
And I have the chance to take a LRT, MRT and a bus EVERYDAY.
SO I get to nua in bed longer every morning. HA!
Other than that, I'm glad how some things turned out to be.
You will know it if you are one of the very privileged few
who's meeting me this weekends!!
Oh the suspense huh!
HOKAY.. BYEE and GOODNIGHT!!
