The Tai-Tai-Life

If me and fang were to marry some rich golden turtle in 10 years time, I think this will be our everyday-lifestyle. Hohoho...

We actually planned to visit Sentosa, however, the weather last week was HORRENDOUS. It was raining when we met, so we changed our plan. Woot.
The new plan -> Leading-the-tai-tai-way-of-life-for-a-day-at-VIVOCITY.

And FYI, our tai-tai-way-of-life is to EAT and EAT and EAT! Hahahaha..

We had Thai Express for lunch. And because I was tooooo hungry (cos someone was late!!), no pictures of my yummy Laska and her yummy tom yum soup. Slurrrpppsss.....

Then we went to buy tickets for CW after lunch. Wahlau, the quene for the tickets was SUPER KUA ZHANG la. Machiam like the tickets are free!! But alas, the VP card, courtesy of brother ter, came into good use. 1 hour of wait was cut into 1 min.

And because we have 59 mins to spare, the next logical thing to do is to find a place and drink coffee. That's what tai-tais do right? Ha.

Ahh... did I mention that fang's the best kaki to pig out with? Cos' she's one who's willing to try out different stuff or restaurant. So we hit the White Dog Cafe @ second level of Vivo. However, VIVO is way too big that I doubt I can find this cafe again the next time I go there. Tsk.

That's their High Tea Set. Super worth it la. 6 bucks for a piece of cake and a cup of tea/coffee. The cake's like 5.50 each already. And the cafe faces the sea, so it's the PERFECT place to chill, even in the afternoon =)

After the movie, (which left us wondering if we DID read CW during our sec 1 lit class. Apparently, I thought Fern was Charlotte and she thought the pig was Charlotte. Okie we know that only spider spins web alright. *roll eyes*) it's time to EAT AGAIN!

So heere comes the FINALE of Leading-the-tai-tai-way-of-life-for-a-day-at-VIVOCITY.
We had our dinner at Modesto's, another secluded restaurant at VIVO. We were apparently the youngest there. Most of them were either working executives, or you know, Angmos, probably living at the Carribean next door =P

Actually the reason for us dinning there is because there's UOB 1-1 dinning. Ha. So it's pretty worth it. Their portion is HUGE. I think it can feed 4 person, especially the SALMON pizza.

So the food plus the wonderful company makes Aska a happy fatty bom bom at the end of the day =) Burp...
